For a lot of us, showering is the only time when we can be alone and recharge. Spending time in the shower and taking care of yourself can bring positive thoughts, and make you feel that everything is going to be okay. While taking a few quiet minutes alone under running water is a self-care practice in itself.
Our priority is likely to get clean once stepping into the shower. But it can be so much more than that. It’s definitely an escape, a few minutes of privacy, and time to really focus on yourself.
